Time2Hire Solutions is a global recruitment partner for AI-driven companies. We hire across every function — engineering, product, data, commercial and leadership — and we use AI throughout the search itself. We specialise by context rather than by job title, which is what makes the search deep.
Why we exist
Most agencies that suddenly call themselves AI recruiters were doing something else last year. They search the same LinkedIn keywords everyone else searches, send the same message, and forward whoever answers. In a market where the strongest candidates get several approaches a week, that does not work.
We built this firm around one context rather than one job title: companies where AI is the product, or the thing that makes the product competitive. Inside those companies we hire for every function — the ML and infrastructure engineers, but also the product managers, data leaders, commercial teams and executives who have to work alongside them.
And we use AI in the work itself. It maps markets, finds people who never publish a CV, reads repositories and papers, and structures the first screening. What it does not do is decide. Every judgement about a person is made by a human, written down, and shown to you with the reasoning attached.
How we talk about our work
We publish figures only when they come from our own searches and the client has approved being named. Everything you read on this site is something we can show you the working for — which is deliberately rarer than the industry norm.
The fastest way to judge us is the market map. It takes 72 hours, it costs you nothing, and it will tell you very quickly whether we understand your market or not.
We are equally clear about the limits of our tooling: AI accelerates the search, it does not replace judgement, and we will never present a candidate we have not spoken to ourselves.
How we make money
A success fee when a hire starts, calculated as a percentage of first-year salary. On leadership searches we work retained, in three instalments. Talent Intelligence is billed as a fixed-price project, and it is free when you run the search with us. Candidates never pay us anything.
Where we work
Remote-first and global by default. We run searches wherever the engineers actually are — Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia — and we work in whatever time zone the role requires. Location is something we map, not something we assume: a mapped search regularly finds the right person two time zones away from where the client expected to look.
Where a role genuinely has to be filled in one country — for legal, security or on-site reasons — we say so in the market map and search accordingly.
